Abstract Submission Deadline: 1 September 2017, 23:59 hours
Only abstracts submitted in English online via UI Scholar Summit 2017 Website will be accepted and considered.
Each abstract should contain a description of the paper not exceeding 300 words, and should include the title, author’s name, institutional affiliation, nationality, discipline and at most 5 keywords. The keywords are designed to provide a guide to the areas/issues covered by the paper, and will be used by the UI Organizing Committee to allocate papers to appropriate sessions.
Abstract topic: submissions are welcome in all topics related to main theme (Shaping the Better World) and its preferred sub-theme (Health Science, Social and Humanities, Science and Technology).
If there is more than one author, the name of the person who will present the paper at the event should be clearly indicated in the abstract.
Abstracts should be original work and not published or presented elsewhere before the Summit.
Abstracts are limited to one single x A4 page x two columns including words, tables, graphs and images.
Font style times new roman, 10pt.
Margins set at 1.5cm.
Unusual abbreviations must be spelled out on first use.
Abstracts should be thoroughly checked for spelling and grammar.
Abstracts are to be submitted in Microsoft Word format only.
An abstract must only be submitted once.
Abstracts can be submitted free of charge.
Confirmation of submission: after submit your abstract, you will receive a confirmation email containing the title of your abstract.
If the total number of submissions exceeds 125, the UI Organizing Committee reserves the right to screen abstracts on the basis of their quality, taking into account the balance in presentations across countries, universities, and disciplines.
It should be noted that participation in the summit is subject to the acceptance of abstracts by the UI Organizing Committee.
Upon acceptance of abstracts, please proceed to your online registration (Registration Form) and upload your full paper during your online registration.
