In 2012, Prof. Paek Dom Yung is the Dean, School of Public Health, Seoul National University Seoul, Korea. His area of expertise includes occupational and environmetal disease, especially respiratory problem. His almamater includes Harvard School of Public Health, Boston, USA and London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, UK. He is also appointed to be co-chairman, Korean Center for Disease Health, Korean Society of Environmental Health and some other eminent board.

Andrew is Professor at Melbourne Law School, Australian Research Council Future Fellow, Director of the Global Economic Law Network, a member of the Indicative List of Panelists to hear WTO disputes and a member of the Energy Charter Roster of Panelists. He has prevoiusly practiced law with Allens Arthur Robinson and consults for States, international organisastions and the private sector. Andrew has taught law in Australia, Canada, Singapore and the US and is the recipinet of four major grants from the Australian Research Council and Australian National Preventive Health Agenda. He has published over 130 academic books and journal arcitcles and is a Series Editor of the Oxford University Press International Economics Law Series, an Editorial board Member of the Journal of International Economic Law and a General Editor of the Journal of International Dispute Settlement. He has law degrees from Melbourne, Harvard, Cambridge and is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Prof. Stephen Oppenheimer is a research associate, institute of social and cultural anthropology, School of Anthropology & Museum Ethnography, in Oxford University. He also is affiliated with some leading university, Chinese University of Hongkong, University of Leeds, UK. He’s listed as an Asia Expert and editorial Board for Hongkong Journal of Pediatrics. Having series of major research and more than 150 publications, he also published renowned book Eden in the East : the Drowned Continet of Southeast Asia.
